Day 14: One Breathless Sentence

Think of a distant memory, one perhaps you have not written about (or might have a while ago). Then with either pen to page, or fingers to tablet, begin!!! Do your best not to stop- this is an exercise in freeing up the cognitive process- Punctuation be gone!

Tuesday 15th November 2023


One Breathless Sentence seemed to be coming from his mouth, normally quiet, well moderated in speech, often wishing to listen instead, words and associated sounds seemed to positively flow from him and he had become quite animated too; it did make me wonder, indeed I had paused to listen, seeing if I could catch any of these rushed and mangled words, because if I could understand them in his more and more excited and agitated state there was a chance I could understand what he was on about – or maybe on, though that option did not bode at all well.
